- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of deposit.
- No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment to book future appointments.
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
